We got rejected a few times since we have a joint account and we were having issues uploading all the info, so I just contacted their customer service team and they walked me through what we needed to do to get approval.
Finally realized it was because one of us didn't have an account we were trying to verify one account but everybody appearing on your page needs an account and it needs to be connected to yours it can just be an inactive account a basic one.
